Dr. Natalie Hahn

“Employment law thrives on solutions that are not only found, but also communicated wisely and negotiated successfully. Early in my career, I realized how essential it is to be not only legally excellent but also personally present when dealing with employment law matters. This belief guides me to this day.”

With over twenty years of experience in employment law, Dr. Natalie Hahn supports companies, executives, and public institutions in navigating complex employment law challenges. Her mission: ensure legal certainty, preserve room for maneuver, and enable confident decision-making.

Her broad expertise includes:

  • Works constitution law and strategic guidance in negotiations with works councils
  • Employment litigation at both company and executive level
  • Restructuring, outsourcing, and transfer of undertakings
  • Labor criminal law (wage and social dumping, employment of foreign nationals, postings)
  • Specialized advice for former state-owned enterprises during complex restructuring

Dr. Natalie Hahn studied law at the University of Vienna and currently lectures at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. As an author and speaker on employment law and HR-related topics, she regularly shares her insights and experience.

What clients value most about her: the rare combination of legal precision, strategic foresight, and personal sensitivity—always with a clear goal in mind: to strengthen your position with legal certainty and a forward-looking approach.
