With over five years of solid experience in employment law and additional expertise from international tax advisory, Sophie Loidolt supports companies, HR departments, and executives in the strategic implementation of employment law matters.
Her mission: create legal certainty, enable business objectives, and preserve strategic flexibility.

Sophie Loidolt studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

She incorporates her dual qualification directly into her employment law practice, complemented by regular lectures on current developments in employment law and human resources.
