HALO Arbeitsrecht is a boutique law firm specialising in employment law. We advise national and international companies as well as executives on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Collaboration on equal footing, direct communication and genuine involvement in client matters are particularly important to us. There are no rigid hierarchies or anonymous teams at HALO. You will work directly with our partners, be involved in client matters and client communication from day one, and take on independent responsibility in line with your level of experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising national and international companies on individual and collective employment law
- Drafting complex pleadings, legal opinions, agreements and works agreements
- Assisting with restructurings, transfers of undertakings and transactions
- Preparing and handling employment law proceedings
- Direct client contact and independent responsibility for matters
What You Bring
- A degree in Law or Business Law
- Previous experience as an associate / trainee lawyer with a focus on employment law
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong legal expertise, precision and a structured approach to work
- Independence, a strong sense of responsibility and a professional manner
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership
